0. Overview
Welcome to Haven Services (“we,” “our,” “us”). We operate this e-book store powered by Shopify (the “Services”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Access & account
You confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
Do not share your access or impersonate others.
All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Nature of products (digital content)
Our products are digital e-books (PDF/EPUB). No physical shipment is made.
Visuals, excerpts, and descriptions are provided to illustrate the content; display may vary depending on device settings.
We may update descriptions, remove products, or limit quantities at our discretion.
3. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order (e.g., in case of suspected fraud, error, or unavailability).
An order is accepted only after confirmation and payment authorization.
Please review your cart carefully before payment.
4. Prices, taxes & billing
Prices may change without prior notice.
The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout and confirmed by email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes.
You agree to provide valid payment details and keep your billing and contact information up to date.
5. Digital delivery & downloads
After payment, you will receive a download link (and/or access via your account).
For security reasons, download attempts are limited (up to 3 downloads per purchase).
Please save your files securely.

6. License (end user rights)
Purchasing an e-book grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only.
You may not publicly share, resell, lend, upload to third-party platforms, bypass download limits, extract content in bulk, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Any use beyond the granted license constitutes an infringement of our rights.
7. EU right of withdrawal – digital content
Under EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw as long as the download has not begun.
If you choose immediate access and explicitly consent to waiving your right of withdrawal at checkout, no refund will be issued once the download starts.
A clear consent checkbox is displayed during checkout.
8. Refunds & support
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Eligible cases may include: defective file, duplicate purchase (within 14 days), or incorrect file delivered.

9. Intellectual property
All e-books, texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content in the Services are protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights or licenses are granted beyond the private-use license described in Section 6.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Shopify and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-party tools & services
We may offer integrations (e.g., downloads, email/SMS, analytics).
These tools are provided “as is” without warranty.
Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers.
11. External links
The Services may include links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms.
Please review their policies before engaging with them.
12. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify.
All sales are made directly between you and Haven Services.
Shopify is not a party to your transaction and assumes no responsibility for purchases made through our store.
13. Feedback & submissions
If you submit a review, idea, or suggestion, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use it (e.g., for improving the Services or communication), subject to applicable law.
You represent that you hold all necessary rights to such content.
14. Accuracy, errors & availability
Despite our best efforts, errors or omissions may occur (e.g., descriptions, pricing, availability).
We may correct, update, or cancel an affected order (with refund if applicable).
15. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including: fraud, malware distribution, scraping, infringement of others’ rights, bypassing security, redistribution, or counterfeiting of our digital content.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms.
Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., IP, limitation of liability, indemnification, applicable law) will remain in effect.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Services and all digital content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of any kind (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, etc.).
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Haven Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or opportunity) arising from your use or inability to use the Services or digital content.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven Services from any third-party claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or unlawful use of the Services.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., widespread outages, attacks, administrative decisions, natural disasters).
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms at any time (e.g., during restructuring).
22. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
23. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The current version is posted on this page with the latest update date.
If major changes occur, we will notify you appropriately.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
