Refund policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to 100% digital content sold in our store (PDF/EPUB). No physical shipment is made.
2. Download & access
After payment, your e-book is available via a download link sent by email and/or from your customer account.
For security reasons, the number of downloads may be limited.
3. EU right of withdrawal
Under European Union law, you have 14 days to withdraw as long as the download or access to the file has not started.
If you chose immediate delivery of your e-book and consented to waiving your right of withdrawal at checkout, no refund is due once the download has begun.
4. Refunds (eligible cases)
We grant refunds in the following situations:
- Corrupted/defective file or inoperative download link, not resolved by our support within 72 hours.
- Duplicate purchase of the same e-book (refund of one order within 14 days).
- Wrong content delivered (file does not match the product page).
- Proven fraudulent charge.
Non-eligible examples:
- Change of mind after download.
- Incompatibility due to a device/software that does not meet reading requirements (PDF/EPUB).
- Promotions or discount codes applied after purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Contact saad.belghmaidi@havenservices.fr with:
- your order number,
- the email address used for the purchase,
- a description of the issue (screenshots if possible).
We reply within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank processing times may apply).
6. Exchanges & updates
Exchanges do not apply to digital content; in case of a file error, we replace the e-book.
Minor updates to a previously purchased e-book may be offered at no charge when available (instructions sent by email).
